Express Australia Post: We offer pre-negotiated discounted Australia post rates which are calculated at checkout based on your location. With turn around times typically 1-3 days and fully traceable tracking codes sent to you upon order fulfillment.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship to the UK, Canada, New Zealand, The United States, Italy, Sweden and many parts of Europe. Your Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on Australia Post or negotiated DHL Express International Shipping rates. You choose the one that suits your budget.
Tracking Your Order
Your order is dispatched within 24 hours and leaves our warehouse on the Gold Coast. You will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel (check your junk).
If you are not home at the time of delivery, for your convenience, your parcel will be left at your door or a secure place by the delivery driver. If the driver is unable to leave it safely, or for large parcels you will be left a card and your parcel will be taken to your nearest postal centre.
Customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes. Our shipping service is a NO SIGNATURE service. Therefore Hello Bleach is not responsible for shipping issues or problems once proof of lodgement is obtained with Australia post.
Our returns policy is 30 days, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in original packaging.
To create a return, you will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact details and order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive your item and check it, we will organise your refund to the nominated bank account you have given us. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your item is in any way faulty we apologise! We will do our very best to replace your order. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us ASAP via firstname.lastname@example.org with photos, if any Hello Bleach item is damaged or not to your expected satisfaction so we can amend the issue. Faulty items must be reported to us within the 30 day period along with photo evidence.
Cleaning Your Item/ Storage and Maintenance
To keep your apron in the best condition, you can wipe with a warm cloth or rinse in warm water then hang it up after every use. Our Hello Bleach bibs can be wiped clean and can be cleaned with warm water, however we advise you do not wipe with cleaning grade bleach or us chemical cleaners on them as the material could cloud.
